Minnesota-based clients tasked us with finding a “homier” alternative to the long hotel stays they’d grown accustomed to during their lengthy work trips to LA. After an initial exploratory of all available inventory over coffee, we had narrowed the search to townhouses in the valley with good light and positive energy for their home meditation. Five days and five showings later, we had successfully negotiated them through multiple offers on the place they now call their LA home.
