Santa Monica

Santa Monica is one of the key coast cities closest to Los Angeles. The city draws a multitude of tourist to Santa Monica’s many attractions every year. However, it is also a great place to go to school, raise a family, or live the bachelor or bachelorette lifestyle. 

The city is home to Santa Monica College (SMC), which draws thousands of students from other states and countries. It borders Westwood to the east which marks UCLA as its epicenter. Additionally, homeowners around Montana Avenue love the Lincoln and Franklin schools. 

North of Montana are multi-million dollar single-family residences which is as if you left Santa Monica and drove into the flats of Beverly Hills. Past San Vicente there is the community of Rustic Canyon and Pacific Palisades. South of Montana you have mostly condos and townhomes, scattered with some homes in and throughout the “College” streets of Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Stanford and Berkeley. Ocean Avenue goes right along the beach and has incredible luxury condos overlooking the ocean. From Wilshire south to the Interstate 10 is the commercial area of Santa Monica, loaded with trendy shops, restaurants, the Santa Monica Pier, office buildings, businesses, and more. 

Whether you are shopping on the 3^rd Street Promenade, on the Ferris wheel at the Pier or taking a Bird scooter around town, there is something to always do in Santa Monica.
