I like to say that I grew up in the Real Estate business. My mother was a Realtor and Broker in St. Augustine and my grandfather was a commercial Real Estate Broker in Orlando, so I absorbed a lot about the business of helping people buy and sell property without even realizing it at the time. From years of background conversation I learned how vital it is to help clients stay focused on their true needs and not chase whims or unnecessary extras.
After graduating from The Bolles School and Florida State University I worked with a major internet marketing company, developing client websites and assisting clients in effectively marketing their businesses using the latest tools and technologies. This experience taught me how to guide people in defining their needs and objectives in order to make informed decisions. I also worked as a customer service manager for a luxury car dealership, and with a broadcasting company. In my business career I was recognized for my ability to engage anyone –even the most closed-off clients– helping them clearly define what they absolutely needed to achieve.
All this prepared me for my toughest assignment ever: being a stay-at-home Mom for my twin boys. (Ask me to show you my pictures!) And now that my family is firmly on track, I’m back to the business I grew up in.
As your Realtor®, I can help you find the home you need –or the buyer your home is perfect for. I am passionate about helping people build their lives in their home, grow their families, start new traditions and honor the old, while creating memories along the way, exactly as Watson Realty Corp. has done for decades.
With my husband and kids, I enjoy spending time at the beach, exploring the many great local parks or just hanging out on Grandma and Grandpa’s farm. I’m also the current president of the Jacksonville Parents of Twins and Triplets, a parents group for sharing ideas (www.jackpott.org).
Let my background in real estate, modern marketing, and advertising work for you. It’s an experience I know you’ll remember with a smile.
