Eileen Blocker, Broker and Owner of Magnolia Properties, has been in the real estate profession for more than 30 years. Ten of those years were spent in residential home construction and interior design.
Eileen is also the Director and Founder of Angelworks – a non-profit organization to provide crisis assistance to families with terminally ill and severely handicapped children – providing groceries, medical needs, utility assistance – whatever a family needs assistance with. Eileen is very proud of Angelworks and its 13 year history – all proceeds (100%) go directly to support the cause. Magnolia Properties provides any operating expenses incurred by Angelworks.
Eileen has received numerous awards for her community involvement and dedication to her profession. She has received Northeast Florida Association’s Humanitarian Award, and the Eckerd’s Salute to 100 – an award recognizing 100 women from all over the United States for their achievements.
Eileen has college degrees from the University of Florida and the University of North Florida. She has lived on the First Coast all her life and Jacksonville is Home.
