Realtor®

Whether you are an experienced investor or a first time buyer in today’s real estate market, there is absolutely no substitute for valuable insight and professional representation. You have my personal commitment that I will provide you with expert knowledge, professionalism and valuable insight vital for you to complete one of the most significant financial decisions most consumers ever make. If you are seeking real estate on Amelia Island, I would be honored to offer the benefit of experience that comes from over 20 years of experience. For 12 years, from 1998-2010,I was the top listing and sales agent at RE/MAX Professional Group on Amelia Island and am now one of the principals in COLDWELL BANKER The Amelia Group.

Having graduated from Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, FL, Claudia is a “local girl” and knows Amelia Island and its surrounding areas like a native. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Minor in Spanish from Jacksonville University where she was an integral member of the Women’s Golf Team for four years.

Through her father’s former employment with Pan American World Airways, Claudia traveled extensively domestically and abroad. Her family moved nine times before she graduated high school, so she has a high degree of empathy for people in the process of transitioning or relocating altogether. She is very skilled in assisting someone moving across the island from Ocean Village to the quiet North End or other times moving across country from metropolitan California to laid back Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island.

Claudia is actively involved in the community, as is her husband, George, an experienced real estate broker with over 20 years corporate management expertise. They met on the Pinehurst #2 Golf Course in North Carolina. Claudia’s volunteer activities include involvement with the 1st Tee Drive and as a Guardian, supporting the Boys &Girls Club of Nassau County, FL, plus work at Osprey Village Assisted Living Facility on Amelia Island. She served as Director of the Amelia Island Club for three years and was formerly a Director of Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T).
